In this week’s show, we’ll be discussing three films that are currently playing – or about to open – at FilmScene.  Our line-up includes Mike Judge’s 2006 cult classic Idiocracy, which plays this Saturday night, January 24, at 11PM as part of Bijou After Hours.  Next, we’ll be discussing Selma, Ava DuVernay’s film about Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s campaign for equal voting rights.  Though it’s been out for several weeks, you still have time to catch two final screenings of Selma at FilmScene tomorrow night, January 22 at 6 and 8:30 PM.  Finally we’ll be discussing Bennett Miller’s Foxcatcher, a psychological drama about Olympic Gold Medal-winning wrestlers Mark and Dave Schultz.  Foxcatcher opens at FilmScene this Friday, January 23.
