Lifeforce, Land and Shade, and the Oscar-nominated live-action shorts with guest Karen Parkman

It’s Thursday, February 16, 2017, and in this week’s show, we’ll be discussing several films that are about to open at FilmScene.  Our line-up includes Lifeforce, which plays at FilmScene this Saturday, February 18, at 11PM as part of Bijou After Hours.  Next we’ll be discussing Land and Shade, which plays at FilmScene Tuesday, February 21 at 6PM as part of our world cinema series, Bijou Horizons.  Finally, we’ll be discussing the Oscar-nominated live-action shorts, which will continue to play at FilmScene throughout the weekend and all next week.  Joining us in our third segment to discuss the live-action shorts is Karen Parkman, recent graduate of the Iowa Writers’ Workshop.
