Ariana (they/them) is a film studies MA student at UIowa obsessed with the 1980s and the end of the world. In true teacher’s pet-turned-teaching assistant fashion, Ariana has a tattoo honoring their legendary high school film class and a memorable screening of Thelma and Louise. Other favorites not permanently inked onto their skin include When Harry Met Sally and Being John Malkovich.
